OUR PROCESS

The client's needs dictate the solution. First step is to understand your transaction goals.

From there, we put together an engagement that either is full-service and success driven, OR based on monthly retainer or hourly basis.

Sell-side advisory services usually include the following:

  • Diligence to understand the business model, identify both growth opportunities and risks, learn the industry
  • Prepare 1-page teaser, Confidential Information Memorandum, financial model, and management presentation documents
  • Outreach to potential buyers on a confidential basis. Coordinate all Buyer communication until closing.
  • Establish a virtual data room and work with management to populate with relevant files
  • Host management presentations and facility visits
  • Review offer letters with client, provide feedback and help negotiate on their behalf
  • Assist with confirmatory diligence and transaction closing.

Other advisory services might have slightly different workflows, but similarly focused on both maximizing value and running an efficient process that closes.
